Fault Lines
Take a seat…
Not the one in front of you - the one that exists everywhere else.
In Fault Lines, shipping containers become temporary outposts in a struggling world.
Each container sits in a different country, a different climate, a different pressure point.
Yet each is connected by something simple, something ordinary: a park bench.
A place to pause.
A place to judge.
A place to be judged.
We like to believe the world cracks somewhere far away—
in “problem nations,” in “unstable regions,” in “other climates.”
But the fractures are closer than we think.
They run beneath our feet, beneath our assumptions.
The bench is the meeting point.
The bench listens. The bench remembers.
The bench tilts under the uneven weight of the world.
Where does the crack begin?
In the atmosphere?…In the ground?… Or in the stories we choose to keep sitting on?
Fault Lines asks you to feel the tremors — in the container, in the world, and in yourself.
